COVID Certificates

In line with new Federal rules for any service where there are more than 50 in attendance (at present only the 10.30 service on Sunday mornings) we need to check everyone’s COVID Certificate. Only those aged 16 and over need provide this certificate.
Anyone coming to the 10.30 service on Sunday mornings must have Photo ID plus any one of the following:a paper copy of their Covid Certificate a pdf attachment of Covid Certificate their mobile phone with Covid Certificate Appan antigen test 48 hours or lessa PCR test 72 hours or lessa certificate showing that you have recovered from the virus from no more than 180 days ago. There is more info about the Covid Certificate on this link and I would be happy to help anyone trying to upload the certificate to their phone. https://www.bag.admin.ch/bag/en/home/krankheiten/ausbrueche-epidemien-pandemien/aktuelle-ausbrueche-epidemien/novel-cov/covid-zertifikat.html
We are not permitted to keep a register of who has and who hasn’t been vaccinated so everyone will need to show their documents each time they come to Church.
Your certificate will be checked on arrival with a QR code reader, once validated you will be asked for photo ID. Please have this ready, even if the person on the door is well known to you – it is the law that we check all ID against certificates. This will take a little time so please do come early and be prepared to be patient with our sidespeople.
Anyone who is not prepared to provide the information listed above will not be allowed entry and will be asked to leave. We have spoken to the Police and they are happy to assist with ensuring our collective safety.
As a church community we continue to support the wearing of masks in church at all times.
Masks must be worn correctly if we are to afford ourselves and others protection. Your nose and mouth must both be covered.
If you have a medical certificate exempting you from the wearing of a mask, you must bring this with you and present it at entry.
