The mini-retreat, Breathing Space, will be back again during the morning of Saturday, 10 February, from 10.00 to 13.00, in Holy Trintiy led by Monica McKinley. This time it will focus on the Examen: Awareness of God in Daily Life, a way of spending time to review where God may have been present in your life and perhaps you did not notice. There will be simple teaching, guided practice and silence for personal prayer and reflection. Bring a journal. Refreshments are provided. We invite you to come and spend this morning of silence and reflection as we approach Lent. There is no charge for the retreat, to which all are welcome, but any donations towards costs are gratefully received. In order to estimate numbers for refreshments, it would be helpful to know if you are coming. Please inform Mary Talbot or the office: firstname.lastname@example.org Monica and Mary Talbot also lead Lectio Divina, a way of listening to the Bible and allowing it to speak to your heart, each Wednesday from 12h30 to 13h15 and are available, on request, for Spiritual Direction.
